Year 3 Master Chefs!
Year 3 took part in the Adopt a Chef programme, completing three sessions. In the first session, pupils used their senses to taste different foods and talked about how the tongue detects different flavours.
In the second session, they explored and tried a range of vegetables, including some they had not tasted before, and rated each one out of 10. They especially enjoyed eating the vegetables with a delicious salad dressing. In the final session, the children made their own bread, shaping it however they wished and taking their creations home.
