Celebrating National Poetry Day!

Our Poetry Competition!

To celebrate National Poetry Day, our talented pupils took part in an exciting poetry competition, showcasing their creativity, imagination and love of words! It was wonderful to see so many children embracing the magic of poetry and expressing themselves through their writing.

A huge congratulations to our fantastic runners-up, Gebril (Year 5) and Theia (Year 3), who were each awarded a special bookmark for their achievement. We are also delighted to announce our competition winners, Dotun (Year 4) and Adeshewa (Year 5)! Both winners received a bookmark and a brand-new book to inspire their next literary adventure.

Well done to everyone who took part! We are incredibly proud of all our budding poets and look forward to seeing their creativity continue to flourish. Who knows what wonderful words they will share with us next?

You can change the words if you want – I have attached the pictures of the children.
